Urgent Care near Countryside

“the PA who came to see us is the only reason this place isn’t 1 star. def knows what she’s doing and noticed what was wrong almost instantly. she really wanted to get to know you and your background medical stuff. liked her a lot. she was so kind and thorough and very nice to speak with. the building is in desperate need of a fix up. holes in the walls and the floors need some good cleaning. the layout of the place is a little odd and when you walk in the vibe is definitely off but you can’t quite place it. it’s a beautiful building and has so much potential if they would just give it a few renovations. just from sitting in the room i’ve noticed the ceiling is starting to cave, the walls don’t seem very clean and there’s a hole in the top of the wall. the tv is fairly loud in the waiting room to the point where i can hear it while i’m in the patient room. i’ve gone to other doc in the boxes where it seems a lot nicer. the staff was okay but the PA was the best.
also im sorry but there’s two doors in the patient room. one is blocked by the exam table or whatever it’s called. weird. i would 100% come back if the place was kept up more.“

I am fixing the review so it does not show any problems and agree that the service is great. Maybe shift around some billing people. Thank you to who ever took care of this issue.“
