I was visiting a family member in rural Louisiana, when I missed a step and took a spill. I immediately knew I wrecked my ankle, but decided to wait until we came home to get it checked out, hopeful that it was just a bad sprain. I was able to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning, when I returned three days later, at Wellnow and complete all my registration from my sofa. The level of care I received from Dr. Schnell, the front desk, my nurse (Karia) and the x-ray tech (unfortunately, I don’t recall her name) was top notch! I received very good care at Well Now in Crestwood. I was able to make an appointment and check in online and was seen in a short period of time. Shannon Lane is an excellent health care provider, very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Well Now in Crestwood.

Outside of their new scheduling system, everything was great. When I selected the appointment time I wanted, the system confirmation gave me one time, but when I received the confirmation text it gave me the time I selected. The patient care technician and doctor were both very nice and compassionate. My 2 year old son was very comfortable and didn’t cry or become agitated anytime during his visit. I would 100% recommend anyone to patronize this establishment.
