I am pregnant with my second baby, and found out she was breech around week 34. I came to Aligned because they had practitioners who can do the Webster adjustment to help make room to turn baby. I found out they also offer acupuncture (which is also supposed to help), so I was able to do both through this clinic.
Baby did flip, and I had a great experience at both appointments.

She is highly qualified and ,ertified in McKenzie method which enabled her to properly diagnose and treat my pinched nerves and bulging discs. She takes pride in being able to solve problems that others can't. She did for me in our first session so much more than the PT I had been doing for over a year. She has a no nonsense direct communication style which I value tremendously. She even accurately predicted that my MRI would show bulging disc's at the specific locations when doctors from IBJI couldn't even recognize that it's anything beyond a routine pinched nerve.

I'm so grateful for the care I've received at Aligned Modern Health! I see Dr. O’Neil for chronic migraine care, and she has been incredible. Her acupuncture treatments are so thoughtful and tailored, and I always leave feeling real relief from my migraine pain after each session. She takes the time to really understand what’s going on and adjusts each visit accordingly. Nassiya has also been amazing and supportive—I can't say enough good things about the team.
