The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Chicago

I'm not sure why I didn't come here sooner because it was such an amazing spa experience! I only got a 50 minute massage, and my therapist made the most of it (but I'll make sure to book a longer session next time!). Also, the bathrobes are the softest I've ever felt! The kicker was the extras too like we were able to order the in room dining menu to the spa, the service is unbeatable! I can't wait to schedule another, much longer service lol.

Excellent spa services. I had a massage and facial and I utilized their relaxation room before, between, and after my services. I definitely felt that I left there refreshed and my skin felt soo soft after the facial. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend the Spa at the Ritz Carlton! We recently had a group reservation for nail services.First - the communication with Anastasia and her staff was excellent. They were quick to respond, showed great attention to detail and thoughtfulness, and clearly care about ensuring their clients have a wonderful experience.
