Update; issue solved same day and respectfully. I'll be coming back! I will update this review if/when the issue is resolved. They lost four dress shirts that are substantially expensive. The owner seems understanding and cooperative, so I hope to have a positive update soon.

I have gone to this shop for years and LOVE them! My husband took his work shirts there every couple weeks while we were in the office and I had many outfits altered to perfection. We even trusted them for our wedding clean up and preservation, and weren't disappointed. Highly recommended!!

Chris is great and worked with me on multiple pants that needed hemming, jackets that needed shortening. Definitely best value I could find in the area. Even though I travelled from streeterville it was well worth the short commute on the redline.
