I cannot speak high enough about Chicago Water Mold and Fire Restoration. They were hugely helpful with a water leak that we suffered from our upstairs neighbor. I especially want to give huge credit and praise to Vance who was our project leader for the water remediation portion of the work. Vance and his team were respectful, knowledgeable, and reliable during this whole process (which in itself is very stressful and unfortunate.). Not to mention he’s just a stand up, super nice guy. Chicago Water is also VERY reasonable when it comes to cost - they actually quoted us 1/4 the cost of what Service Master originally quoted. Marco and his crew were awesome throughout the whole experience. The final repair work looks great, everyone was always on time, and Marco was very communicative. I hope I don't need to use WMF again, but if I do, they're the first team I'll call.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Currently in the process of completing the mitigation process with WFM as a result of a burst pipe we had on Christmas Night. I'm giving this review because the pro's working the job deserve the recognition.Pros:-The crew I worked (Lead Tech Sergio and Juan) with did a great job! They were respectful and empathetic of our situation and executed the removal in a very timely fashion.-Communication with the site crew was exemplary.-WFM were the only mitigation crew that didn't put me on a waiting list and were able to put me on the schedule 3 days post incident(it happened on Sunday, they were demoing on Wednesday)-Email & Phone communication with the head office was prompt!...read full review
