They never come when they say they are you wait all day and then they cancel and you make another appointment for noon to fix your stuff and they come in at work for two hours and then they leave it took them a month to fix my bathroom

I was a customer of theirs from 1990 until July 2020. They came to repair my central air. They replaced the fan motor in my furnace. Then I found the guy in my dining room dismantling my thermostat. From that point on, it never worked correctly. Almost had a frozen home because of it. I also never received a copy of my charges and receipt. I have contacted them at least 6 times, each time they tell me they are working on it. I will never use them again. Lies lies lies

30 years of business with these guys. Don definitely is gone and sold to punks. No call backs, no listening to messages. Finally go to put heat on yesterday, and nothing. Well, I'll live, but they say 2-3 days because they have bigger jobs and need their guys for that. A one time job is more important than 30 years of loyalty?? But again, they must be new owners. No dedication to service these days. Everyone acts as if the customer is a bother. ABSOLUTELY NO 24 HOUR SERVICE. They USED to be. The guys WERE polite, nice, and cleaned up after themselves. No more. Oh well. I wish them continued failure.
