I felt pretty hopeless when trying to find someone that would fix a small portion of my roof all summer and into the fall. On three different occasions, I called and set up a time for an estimate with no-shows. What I realized is that companies are truly not that interested and just repair but full roof replacement, I desperately posted in my towns, Facebook page looking for some support and Noel reached out. With honesty and recommendation and reference right on Facebook Noel came out did a quick estimate and took the job. So hard to get contractors to call us back nowadays, but Silva is 100% responsive and even recommended an awesome HVAC partner to help us with our roof leaking problem caused by the heating vents. He coordinated with the HVAC contractor and fixed all our leaking problems on the same day. Honest prices and good craftsmanship. Thank you!

I found some shingles in my yard and wasn't sure if it was from my roof or the neighbor's and wanted someone to inspect and fix my roof if needed. I hired Silva Contracting and Restoration after getting estimates from several providers. Noel gave me an estimate for inspecting the roof and doing a small repair. He also advised me that he can give a more accurate quote only after getting up on the roof and looking at it closely. In the end it turned out be a small repair and his initial estimate was accurate. I recommend him highly and would hire him again if needed.
