They are professional, friendly, and very flexible, responding very quickly. They came out promptly, gave a written estimate, and helped guide on how to work with the insurance company. They did a beautiful job on the roof, replaced damaged drywall (green board) on a bathroom ceiling, and repainted. They meticulously cleaned up while the project was ongoing and always left things nice. They also put in a chimney liner and re-tuck pointed the top part of the chimney where the mortar was crumbling, doing a wonderful job. Their work was efficient, accurate, clean, and effective. No more leaky roof and the chimney is lined and capped, and tuck pointed. Silva’s inspection also led them to find that there wasn’t a cap on or liner in the chimney. They were extremely respectful of the cleanliness of the inside of the home and cleaned up every single time they did work. Amazing experience. My carpet looks brand new and it's 7 years old. They got out 'spots' from my dog having an accident. I can't see them anymore. Used a different company in the past for carpet cleaning and they didn't begin to compare to Silva. Will be calling them again! Thank you.
