The procedure went very well, was able to see clear the next day. I had it done about 3 weeks ago. Plan to be there 3 hours or so as they do this in a group setting. That’s probably the only thing I didn’t like but honestly it seemed to go by fast. I must mention I was pretty nervous, But The procedure was so quick and painless, literally less than 10minutes. The consultation doctor and the surgeon are two diff people but they both did a great job. The receptionist were very nice and remembered my name. What I love the most is how informed I was from the time I had the consultation all the way to the procedure and beyond. I felt very confident in the after care process. They make sure you are equipped with eye meds (drops) ahead of time and then give you goggles and sunglasses for the week ahead. I also like that there are follow up visits included to make sure you are still healing well. My overall experience was pleasant and I would def recommend them to anyone! Oh and by the way.... I CAN SEE 20/15!! #Winning
The next day after surgery i could see 20/20, perfect vision!
I recently had LASIK eye surgery at the Lombard location. What a great experience! The staff was very friendly and talked you through the surgery. I definitely was very anxious pre surgery but during surgery Dr. Burger, and his staff talked me through it. Surgery was very short, about 10 minute long, and pain free! I followed exactly what the doc told me post surgery and woke up being able to see almost 20/20. I had a very high prescription and basically was blind as a bat without glasses or contacts. Such a great feeling to be able to see once I woke up in the morning. The next morning went for a follow up visit with Dr. Brand at their Arlington Heights location and everything looked good. A day and a half post op my eyes feel great and can see almost perfectly. A few more days and I should be able to see 20/20! If anyone is considering LASIK this is the place to go!!
