Hi my name is Patricia and the person that help me today is (Markia Bolden) I'm so glad I came to this store today. I was nervous asl too scared to ask for assistance to help pick my birthday makeup. But then I built-up enough courage to ask and they sent markia bolden to assist me with my assignment and that Is to find concealer, contour, foundation and blush. I have to say she have done excellent Jon with my face and I love how she is funny sweet and patience with me. And ps I love our conversations she deserves to get promoted or a lease reward. Definitely coming back.

Ulta salon was recommended to me 9 years ago. I was fortunate to meet Nichole after a few visits. She is and will continue to be my hairstylist for as long as she is available. When I first met Nichole I didn’t know much about hair or makeup. She recommended hair styles, color and products. My hair has never looked better. I constantly get compliments on its color, condition and style. I give Nichole ALL the credit! I show up with my hair a hot mess and she sends me out looking and feeling like a star! Cashier was very rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable. She acted as if she didn’t want to provide me with the best prices and was not helpful at all with me finding was to utilize my rewards account. I would recommend customer service training.
