And the manager Brittany, was amazing and completely corrected it and did a fantastic job as well as the lady who did the blow dry Alexis it took a lot of time and care and did a fantastic job as well.
They have a good roots coverage subscription that I use. They just put the dye in your hair, then shampoo. Self service styling and drying. No frills but great for consistent color if you don't need anything fancy and prefer not to do it yourself.
Open a salon in the Las Vegas Valley! There are over 2.4 million people that live in the Vegas valley including me and millions more that visit. Why do you have 3 salon locations in Phoenix which has a smaller population (only 1.7 million) with a town that has less people that visit annually overall? What’s your business strategy there? Are you purposely trying to make less money and not grow the business? What’s stopping you from opening in Vegas? My hair always looks great leaving the salon, but it’s getting real old flying to another city to get my hair done. And being ignored for years is wearing on your customers.
