Why do you have 3 salon locations in Phoenix which has a smaller population (only 1.7 million) with a town that has less people that visit annually overall? What’s your business strategy there? Are you purposely trying to make less money and not grow the business? What’s stopping you from opening in Vegas? My hair always looks great leaving the salon, but it’s getting real old flying to another city to get my hair done. And being ignored for years is wearing on your customers.
I love this location in Lincoln Park! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, especially the colorists. The salon is very clean, and I absolutely love my color—they used 7N Avella light brown and it came out perfect. The consultation was great and made me feel confident the whole time. The receptionist at the front desk is so sweet, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. She answered all my questions with kindness and patience. Thank you so much!
