She has repaired different jackets for me on two separate occasions and each time she did so well it was like they were never damaged in the first place. The first jacket was a thick suede leather one with a 6 inch tear in the back and she made it disappear. The second one was a northface down reversible jacket with a broken zipper. She not only replaced the zipper, she made sure it was also a reversible replacement so I wouldn't lose any functionality. Be kind and patient with her as she works very hard and doesn't have any support staff.

We have been relying on Kim at Thorndale Cleaners exclusively for years and she has never disappointed. She is kind, dedicated and affordable. We take all our dry-cleaning here and have never had a single issue. She's done alterations on shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, coats and even our living room curtains and they've all turned out amazing. She is a neighborhood staple and we are so grateful to have her!

I’ve always taken my suits and clothes here for any alterations and dry cleaning. I really like the owner, she is really sweet and nice. The price for dry cleaning here is cheaper than some other stores, and I really like supporting a local AAPI owned business. :)
