Smile Cleaners

I dropped off my laundry there for about a month as the laundry room in my apartment building was out of commission. The woman there was as rude to me as they were unreliable in getting the laundry done in a timely manner. They would give me a receipt stating the date and time the laundry would be ready, and they would be inconsistent in honoring that commitment. They were condescending and unapologetic about their tardiness. I was always cooperative about paying for the services. They made me feel uncomfortable; almost as if they had been doing my laundry for years for free and they were tired of it. Their attitude is rotten!

I had an emergency situation where I wasn't able to pickup my uniforms but long story short Jose Pineda was able to help me out and resolve the situation he went above and beyond for me and made sure I had the uniforms I needed for work! I simply can't thank him enough he was so polite and professional and my uniforms looked amazing and crisp ready for this upcoming week!

Went there for cleaning I had to and I hadn't been there in a while since I didn't need any dry cleaning done. I was surprised that there was a new owner, but still had my dry cleaning done. It was great quality work and there were very reasonable prices better than the other places close to home!
