Alex is the best. First met him while he was on a job at a neighbor’s house. I asked for a card and he reached out immediately. I manage two flats in ForestPark and have had him do work and solve problems on several buildings. The quality and reliability are fantastic, I always know the job has been done correctly. AFR has worked on my personal home as well. I sleep better knowing that my roof has been done right and I will have no problems. Highly recommend Alex and his team.

AFR Roofing & Construction is our go to roofing specialist, their vast knowledge and experience of best materials/applications is second to none. They have been looking after our flat roof/ porch roofs and gutter system for years, initially replacing the roof and then fixing other damage that occurred through the shoddy work of a previous contractor. We recently had to have our parapet wall repaired, if it wasn't for AFR Roofing bringing to our attention issues with the brick we would have had many more expensive issues to deal with. I work at Aaron Glass on 39th and Kedzie they remodeled our office and both of the waiting areas. They did an awesome job definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel. They have reasonable prices and the workers are very professional .
