I called Roto Rooter due to a major problem, with my main drainage pipe. Anthony was here to my house within 30 minutes. Very friendly very knowledgeable. Thank you Anthony!! Thank you Dan which also came out to inspect and make sure no major water damage. I will definitely use Roto Rooter in tge future for any issues with my main drainage pipe. Thank you Roto Rooter for great employees.

Gabriel and Carlos came to my home on two different occasions and were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. They deserve a 5 star rating. Customer service representative was very abrasive, rude and condescending. I would probably never use Roto rooter again because of the way this women spoke to me over the phone.

John and Daniel were amazing. Though John is still in training, with Daniel his teacher, he was still very professional and courteous the entire time. They both diagnosed and quickly solved the issue with my clogged tub. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
