Randolph Cleaners is an excellent place offering high quality service and fast turnaround times. Suit pieces are flawlessly cleaned and pants hemmed as if from the factory. They do a good job cleaning gowns, even after a wedding party, making them look better than when bought at the store. For alterations, the lovely lady listens to what customers are looking for, provides thoughts, and tailors perfectly. She is thorough, takes the extra step, and can do very quick turnaround with alterations. This location is a favorite dry cleaner, well worth the extra travel for the best tailoring in Chicago.
Excellent place! Had my sash done here. I wanted to add letters and the flag but I didn’t know how to sew them on, so I went here and they did it in one day on time for graduation.
This is my favorite dry cleaners in the area! I’ve been to two other dry cleaners nearby and was highly disappointed in both my customer service experience and actual dry cleaning and tailoring. This location is further from my home, but it’s well worth it the extra travel! The lady here is so nice and cute! She is thorough, listens, and takes the extra step to ensure you’re getting what you want!
