Emma, the owner, was absolutely amazing! My friend got her hair dyed auburn, and I had my eyebrows and a pedicure done, and we couldn’t be happier with everything. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and truly treated us like family. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. If we’re ever back in town, we’ll definitely be coming back. She made our last day in Chicago, super special! Highly recommend!
