I recently got a lash lift here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While most of my lashes lifted nicely, there was a noticeable section that didn’t lift at all, which made the overall result look uneven.
What bothered me most was that this issue wasn’t addressed or corrected during the appointment. It felt like it was either overlooked or not taken seriously, and no effort was made to fix it before I left. For a service that’s meant to enhance your natural lashes, the lack of attention to detail was really frustrating.
My lash tech was awesome I liked how they looked the 1st day. However I don't know if you guys glue or something changed cause on the 2nd day I received fall out which when I was going.before it was not like that! I received a classic set
Personally would never go here again or recommend…prices are extra & it was rushed and one eye had much less lashes than the other side looking uneven. She didn’t follow what I asked & I needed a fill after less than a week. If you need a solid place check out Eyelashworks west loop - I will never go anywhere else they’re amazing…finally found a place to go back to
