I was cleaning under my couch cushions when I cut my finger badly. I immediately looked up the nearest urgent care facility and headed there. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and she checked me in promptly. I was quite anxious, but she assured me that I would be seen. Within an hour, I was out of there! During my visit, I met a PA named Deanna (she introduced herself as D). I informed her that I’m not comfortable with blood or needles, and she immediately put me at ease. Friendly and attentive front desk and clinical staff. Wait times are never longer than 30 min , and most of the time it’s less. Have visited this clinic several times over the past 5 years.
The PA was so kind and understanding that only to my pain but also my personal trauma which is both on by the pain. They treated me so well and I'm so happy that I went to them. The receptionist must also get a special mention because my God he was so polite and so helpful.
