This is my second visit at this location, there’s never a wait & the staff is always pleasant. One particular person Jocelyn, was very nice, helpful & very informative about the services being provided. I appreciate the kind, thoughtful & professional work that the staff provides & I recommend this place to anyone looking for Fast, Professional services! Keep up the good work guys 👍🏽

01/03- walked in around 3:30 without an appt, registered on the app, seen ~10 minutes later. Facility seemed very clean, friendly staff. The staff member took my PCR but said that rapids are not covered by insurance at this location which was surprising, so I did not receive one. Received my PCR results this morning 01/06 which is overall a quicker turn around time than other nearby testing sites which still have not returned my PCR results.

This location was very helpful after I tried a few others who had incredibly long wait times for PCR results. They say it's a 2-3 day turnaround, but at times they can be finished faster. I haven't gotten mine yet, but I'll update if any issues occur.

The staff was kind and helpful, and the test is administered by a nurse (two nasal swabs but very gentle). No wait time for a walk-in when I visited in the middle of the day.
