Upon arriving in Chicago for the week, I discovered my frames were broken and not able to be repaired. Nate and Ms. Bo came to my rescue! They found a similar frame that would fit my lenses. Within 30 minutes, I was good to go and able to enjoy the week of events and adventures in Chicago! Thank you for your willingness and determination to assist this traveler.

Arrived in Chicago with broken frames (one arm had come loose and fallen off), I walked in off the street and then out again ten minutes later with everything fixed. Nate was extremely helpful, nice range of frames too I noticed, big thumbs up for this place.

Visiting from Nevada, didn't have my glasses and my contacts got ruined the first day. I called a few other optical places who didn't carry anything in stock and then I found Nate. When I explained why I was calling he didn't say no and hang up like the rest, he asked how he could help. I was only a few blocks away so I walked over with my emailed rx and he found contacts for me for the few days that I was in town. Even better, he didn't charge for them! Every place needs a "Nate"!
