Fabulous service and experience. Was in from out of town and in a jam with issues with my glasses. Tony was super helpful, very practical, and friendly too repairing them. Thanks a bunch to him and Eye Appeal!

Shoutout to Dr. Ortiz and the team at Eye Appeal in Chicago! Lost my glasses while visiting, and they went above and beyond to help me. Dr. Ortiz even made calls to find a lab that could make my specs in a day. Super helpful and kind—salamat! 🙌

I had very good experience here! People are all very friendly. My right eye was red and achy for several days so I had a consultation with Doctor Brian. It turned out that there was an eyelash in my tear gland that rubbed my eye. Doctor Brian is very patient and professional and he gave me free tear drops and sample.
