Had a lice scare and they got me in within 30 minutes. Super thorough, very nice, and zero pressure to buy their products, though they do make recommendations (as I would expect any professional to do). Highly recommended! They will also evaluate pictures or samples if you need, ahead of scheduling an appointment.
