Excellent results, great customer service.
I've tried a good handful of dry cleaners in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview area, and they have been the best by a long shot. Haven't had an issue with any cleaned or hemmed items. Strongly recommend.
Friendly folks. Good hours - open early and fairly late so you can stop in before or after most work days.
Alterations seemed a bit steep:
Hem of a skirt repaired there (not hemmed, just a new stitch to keep it up) and they charged $10.
Dress alteration (hem brought up a couple inches) and they charged $25 and that didn't include lengthening the side slit - that was going to be even more so I opted to leave it.
I'm still hunting for my go-to dry cleaner. Goodness knows there are enough in Lincoln Park that I can shop around for the next year, easy.
