Called Luke's Rapid Plumbing this morning because a pipe leak was flooding my basement in Chicago. Brian called me back right away and had two plumbers at my house within an hour. Ezra found the issue in just a couple of minutes and repaired it about five minutes later. They explained the plumbing problem clearly, worked fast, and left everything in great shape. I also had them replace my hot water heater before, and that service was just as quick and professional. This morning I found a leak at the water heater and called for plumbing help. Brian handled my request and let me know they would get the repair taken care of the same day at our home in Chicago. A little later, I got confirmation that the plumber had already fixed the leak. That kind of fast service was amazing. The repair was covered under warranty, which made the whole process even better. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism really stand out with this plumbing company. I called about a main water line leak early in the morning and had to leave a message. A short time later, Brian called me back and kindly explained why the phone was missed at first. We talked through the plumbing issue, and my information was passed along to Melvin and Terrence.
