The Metro Team were incredible! They were professional, easy to schedule with, and the ceiling fan they installed for us came out exactly how we envisioned! They also left our place spotless after completing the job which was very much appreciated. I cannot recommend this company enough, and would happily call them for any future work we need to do!
Overall I'm happy with the work, but my biggest complaint is that several things I requested in the walk through were not out into the estimate. Unfortunately this was not caught until it was too late.
They also tried to gaslight me, telling me I told them the wall being removed was not firebrick (when they were the ones who told me the wall was probably firebrick. I didn't even know what that was prior).
A few elements were also sloppily done initially, but they did come back and fix it when requested. My biggest complaint would be around communication/expectation setting.
