We recently had Mike and his crew in to do extensive renovations. The project turned out beautifully, attention was paid to the details which I really appreciated. They were prompt, professional, friendly and left our home tidy at the end of each day. After being paid in full he came back to install something that was back ordered (my fault), that tells you a lot right there. I've already referred the Kolin Group to my friends and neighbors, if you're planning on doing some home renovations do yourself a favor and call Mike you won't be disappointed!

After some heartbreaking experience having friends and friends of friends fixing my new pad on Lake Shore Drive, I decided to look on Yelp, and go with the guys who had the highest rating. And I do not regret a bit! After the botched job, the floors had to be completely redone: lifted and glued back together In the entire unit. Michael gave me a no hassle and very reasonable quote, came with his guys, and got it done timely and well. Again, no hassle or complaints because the job turned out to be significantly more challenging than expected. I got a really great vibe from Michael himself as well as all of the guys that worked with him. Getting your home remodeled is an experience that will stay with you for years to come, and with Kolin group will be a very positive one.
