They do a great job braiding however they are B not punctual. The first time I had to wait 2+ hours for my appt. The most recent time, they said they were running behind schedule and would call me to let me know when they were ready for me... never got a phone call.

I was in a rush trying to find someone to do my daughters' hair. I called around for at least 30 minutes until I found someone that able to squeeze us in their schedule at short notice.The hair stylist was so patient with my kids, she made their day. Every mirror we walked passed they had to stop and look at themselves. LOL That's fine with me because I love to see my babies look beautiful and feel great about themselves.

My experience with Jeannette salon was great her and her co-worker took their time on my hair it is nice and neat and it's not too tight it's just right for me, Thank you I will be back for another hairstyle.
