I’ve been to a few med spas, but Hermosa is the real deal. Booked a 90-minute deep clean facial and left glowing. Grace worked wonders on my dry skin, and the foot massage was a nice touch. Best selling point: The team here will tell you not just when you could use botox, but also when you DON'T NEED MORE. A doctor that is willing to tell you that (even if you might not want to hear it) is worth their weight in gold!! If you haven't been here before, just know going into it that the doctor uses a translator that is a nurse (who also works with you in the injection process.) Once you know that, it's fine! The team is great - don't let a slight language barrier stop you from using one of the absolute best cosmetic centers in the city. So reasonably priced, highly skilled, and excellent service. Truly a hidden gem.
