I have been communicating with the owner Jaz about my appointment since 11/28. My appointment was 12/07 at 10a with a worker named yaya. I booked a week ahead for my appointment through the square app and received a 11a appointment. We communicated through text message that the appointment would be 10a instead of 11a. I received a text message that's Canceled my appointment an hour ahead before 10a. I reach out to jazz and let her know as she claimed she Reached out to her employees but no response. I gave her a heads up because I had a paid ride That was taking me to the shop at 9:30a. I asked her to let me know before the ride came..That way I wouldn't lose money arriving...read full review

Jazz has been doing my nails for close to two years now and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The quality of products she uses is top tier, the service is always personal and professional and I love my nails every time. I would recommend All Jazzed Up to everyone! She offers several services which are all to die for.

I've always had ok nail appointments and would walk out with semi liking my nails, but this one was the first time I can say I walked out super happy about them! I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Jasmine and let me tell you how awesome she is!! She definitely made sure first to ask what I wanted or if I have something in mind. I told her I can have short length nails because if my job and showed her an image a design I liked. She was very detailed with each nail and would ask if I liked the shape or color which made a difference because it made me comfortable enough to ask if a nail could get shaped more. Usually it feels like a burden to ask when I've gone to other salons, but she was so genuine and nice that it made the whole experience enjoyable! I'm definitely going back and would recommend anyone to come here!
