We had to call Hayes Mechanical on an emergency basis when our boiler completely broke down during the winter leaving our 4 story building without heat. Their salesman and tech team came right out, listened to our needs and came back with a proposal that was less than any other company that had bid on the job. The techs who did the installation were highly skilled, delightful to work with and explained the process in layman's terms. Had a smart tech come to fix an issue in my building. They were knowledgeable and on top of things. Arrived on time. I would highly recommend. Note: This isn't a paid review. This is my honest opinion. Give them a try; they helped me were others failed.
If Hayes does your plumbing for you and something turns out to have been done incorrectly, don't expect them to come back and fix it. After we reported the problem and requested service, Hayes ghosted us and now we have to pay another plumber to come out and remedy the problem. NOTE: Hayes responded promptly to my review and sent someone out this morning. Thanks for paying attention to online reviews!
