After I was in her chair, she took the time to ask me what I wanted, as far as highlights and a haircut. She offered me some suggestions when I asked. I was offered a snack and a drink, which was a nice touch! Madi was very easy to talk to and really took her time—she was thorough with both my highlights and cut. My hair turned out amazing!
