Quick cleaning services but not good for alterations.
I brought a pair of pants in to be hemmed, all that they did was sewed them shorter... nothing was trimmed (cut) off the pants and have a ring of loose fabric on the inside of the pant leg. Plus they changed me the full hem charge. Now I have to spend more time and money to take to another place be done right. OK for cleaning, NOT for alterations.
I had been going to Express Cleaners 2-3 times per month for the last twelve years and I wish I had taken the time to write a review before now because they used to be awesome. They did a fantastic job and knew me and my wife by name. They never had any issue with a two day turn around and would often do it in less if I was in a bind. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a change in management. I’ve been seeing a lot of new faces and the customer service has dropped off dramatically. This is a great Dry Cleaner. They are professional, kind, provide great service and an awesome finished product. Great layout and room for alterations. I highly recommend this business.
