Palm Beach Tan is a nice place for tanning with many beds to choose from. The facility is super clean and features new equipment. Customers are happy with spray tans that look great and sunkissed, not orange, aided by special products. The location also offers a sauna with red light therapy, noted for helping with pain. The staff is generally described as nice, great, super friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful, providing excellent customer service. However, some feedback notes that a few recent staff members were not very knowledgeable, leading to an uneasy experience with equipment setup. A little more detail to cleaning could be implemented. Overall, it is considered the best tanning facility in the area and is highly recommended.
I decided to stop in before my vacation, I had about 2 and half weeks to get a tan and the girls helped me get the best results!!! Every time I came in to tan I would ask what they thought I should do and they were so educated and knew exactly which bed I should do and try to maximize my color so quickly! I wasn’t too keen on doing a membership or anything so I started with just a 3 pack of them, after my vacation I decided to come back sign up to maintain my color and I’m absolutely obsessed😍😍 ALSO THE LOBSIDENNE BRONZER LOTION IS FANTASTIC!!!

I had such a great experience at Palm Beach Tan! Gianna was so helpful and kind when helping me choose which bed to use before my trip. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was starting at a level that would help me avoid burning. I really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend her and Palm Beach Tan! 🤍

I felt compelled to write this review, Palm Beach tan Niles by far is the best tanning location, the staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and the beds are top of the line . I was looking to get a lotion to darken my tan, they recommended Starlet, I saw the results after using it the first time , totally satisfied. Highly recommend.
