Just want to thank you Sistas again, Mrs Clare and staff for an awesome job yall did on my hair. For a person that hated salon experiences and rarely go... ya'll changed my perception. From the customer service, prices, availabity to fit my last minute schedule...open communication, referrals and styling(versatile sew-in) in itself... everything was on point.
Honestly.
Jasmin was on time, extremely kind, nonjudgmental and professional as heck.
The place was clean, calm, spacious... private area.
The service was A1...Ive gotten mad compliments since. Laid my hair perfectly and had me in and out. Nothing more or less.

The manager/owner of the salon immediately reached out about my issues and concerns. She apologized and provided several solutions. I really appreciate her for taking accountability and being understanding. That alone made me feel seen and cared for. I really didn't know what to expect after leaving a unfavorable review but it was a positive outcome. Thank you!
Hair service: 1 out of 10
Why:
1. Hair/scalp is still itchy and greasy. The stylist recognized that my hair was greasy. Not sure why she decided only to wash once. I didn’t even hear lathering. Why not wash it more? Why not pivot to a stronger clarifying shampoo?

My stylist was Vivan. She was super chill, gentle and thorough with her wash, detangling and blow drying process. I didn't feel like she was rushing, so that was great. I came for a wash,blow dry and trim. Vivan cut my hair into the exact shape I wanted and gave me an EXCELLENT TRIM. However, I think it was cut a bit too much. That might've been my fault because I wasn't clear with my reference pic. But I'm excited to come back and I might make this my go to salon.
