I have been going to CTF for close to 8 years on and off and it is one of the best gyms you will find in the city for HIIT with a CrossFit flair. All the instructors are fantastic - they take the time to introduce themselves to new joiners and help correct your form, no matter your experience level. Each class is completely different from the last - after ~250 classes I am still loving it!! Classes are also such an amazing mix of different people and I never have felt uncomfortable, truly such a gem!

I am so glad that I found CTF! A friend recommended CTF when I moved back to Chicago and since I have joined, I have progressed from being 'just a runner' to being physically stronger than ever! The classes push me to do things I wouldn’t do on my own, the PT sessions have helped build my strength to levels I never expected, and events like the CTF games and HYROX classes have led me to accomplish things I never thought possible! The community is amazing and it has become one of my favorite parts of my day.
I chose to start strength training at CTF Roscoe village purely because it’s close to my house, and I’m so glad I did! I’m new to exercise that isn’t yoga and I was intimidated by weight training at first. There is a bit of a learning curve and it’s not *super* beginner friendly so as long as you’re comfortable jumping in and learning as you go, you catch on quickly the classes are challenging and fun. I have really enjoyed all of the instructors for their enthusiasm, creative classes, and helpfulness with a newbie who had a few questions at first! I really like that I’m supporting a local small business right in my neighborhood as well. CTF is a great… read full review
