Is the staff outstanding? Eh, getting better for sure. You can tell they have recently started to care slightly more about customer service.
But the star, the reason it gets 4 stars and not 3…..BRETT! Brett is the best, a friendly smile and wave every time you walk in or out. Not all heroes wear capes, but Brett might in his free time.
My experience at this gym has always been positive. They have tons of equipment and the staff is always eager to assist with whatever I may need. Jose A. has been especially helpful when whenever I’ve had questions about other services at the gym and making sure I have what I need.
Today, I transferred to this Chicago location from Houston, and I liked it very much! The staff is friendly, and they go out of their way to be helpful; a trainer saw me looking around and immediately asked if I needed help. The machines are also good so far. I tried an elliptical machine with a body diagram that lights up each area that you are working on as you adjust your settings —very cool. I look forward to returning.
