About F45 Training Roscoe Village
F45 Training Roscoe Village offers a 45-minute workout program called Functional Training, a mix of cardio, resistance, hybrid, and recovery exercises designed for everyday movement. The classes are known for being challenging and short, lasting 40 minutes after a brief demonstration. They feature a variety of exercises and incorporate HIIT and Tabata training styles. The studio emphasizes a welcoming and supportive community. Attendees mention feeling comfortable regardless of their fitness level. The coaches are attentive and dedicated, providing motivation and guidance. Clint, specifically, is highlighted as a helpful coach who actively participates in the workouts. The studio itself is described as a great space with engaging and challenging workouts that prevent boredom.
My 3 Year F45 - Roscoe Village review Three years ago today, inspired by the Mark Wahlberg docu-series, Wahl Street, my wife signed up her under-fit husband for the F45 - Roscoe Village 10 class trial. She turned to me and said, “You’re taking the 9am, tomorrow!” Before F45, I did an inconsistent and piece-meal variety of Running, Sprinting, Yoga Sculpt, and home body-weight exercises. I spent the first four months of 2021 trying to get in strong running shape again, with little success. I was bored, and my feet and knees were no longer as forgiving. (Yes, even Hokas). Interval sprints were a little easier, but I settled for a lousy home routine of burpees, ball sit-ups, and jumping rope. I wasn’t getting anywhere. I somewhat reluctantly showed up for my first class. It was April 21st, 2021, so masking and other Covid protocols were still required and in place in the studio. My new eyes were greeted by the dozen or so attendees and a quick instruction by a cheerful trainer. >>>> Fast forward 3 years and 800 classes later, I’m ready to spill publicly what my friends have heard countless times privately. THE CLASSES ARE DIFFICULT AND SHORT! I love the F45 Hiit/Tabata workouts for strength, cardio, and functional movement. After intro demonstrations, it’s 40 minutes straight with a variety of exercises. No matter what mood or energy level, I can make it work. IT’S ADDICTIVE! I guess I never realized that I enjoyed exercise as much as I do now. I felt guilty early on in my membership attending classes daily. It was “free time” I used to dedicate to twitter rage and endless nothings. The format, variety, and convenience made sense. The urge was unrelenting. I LOVE THE F45-ROSCOE VILLAGE COMMUNITY! The studio isn’t the newest (We have new equipment and the studio is getting an overhaul this summer) or the biggest, but it’s in the middle of my community. That matters. I’ve made dozens of friends and supportive acquaintances. Our lives have converged over our mutual fitness goals and obsessions, and the resulting community we now occupy. Most of us live nearby. We share traffic and parking stories, catch up on kids and friends, share restaurants recommendations, push each other to our goals, celebrate our successes, and playfully tease each other competitively. THE STUDIO MANAGER IS THE BEST Sharon cares about clients and their goals on a personal level. The impression she made on me early on, and the support and motivation she has given since, are the foundation of my review. She believes in the F45 program, and exudes that passion in her work. She’s the first to laugh, first to correct my form, first to push, and first to celebrate. She seeks out the same qualities in her staff. After three years, my wife, who is also a member and shares my views, and I… can’t imagine our lives without Sharon in it. She makes the experience feel like family. I told a friend, “If Sharon opened a breakfast restaurant, I’d eat pancakes twice a day.❤️”If you know, you know. 😊 Cheers to all of the friends I’ve made here. Cheers to those of you who help make the studio a community. 🍻
The workouts are very efficient and help you achieve your goals quickly. The staff is friendly and motivating. The studio is always clean and bright. Just a great place in total and I love going there
