The facilities are stunning and well-appointed with a steam room, two saunas, hot tub and pool. I LOVED my massage with Leslie and felt very enthusiastic after that, so when my facial rolled around I gladly agreed to the upgrades she was suggesting. That was mistake. The facial ended up being a complete waste of money. I didn't feel like my skin looked or felt any different afterwards, the massage felt like a baby kitten pressing it's paw against my back, and it ended up costing $500. They automatically added a 23.5% service fee, and parking was $30. So $1000 later, came home disappointed and stressed.
