I highly recommend Chicago Home Inspect. Great service from the very first interaction. Seamless web-based appointment scheduling. I knew what to expect based on the detailed information found on the website. Correspondences were on point after i scheduled inspection from reminders leading up to my appointment to when Lyle was in route and also onsite at my property. Lyle is very knowledgeable and passionate about his inspections. Very thorough home inspection and a very detailed after inspection report listing things identified with a triage style layout with resolutions recommendations. I could not be happier with the entire home inspection process from start to finish! Lyle is the inspector. He arrived exactly on time and was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. Lyle truly had my best interests at heart, taking his time to walk through the property with me and answer every single one of my questions. He really went the extra mile to evaluate everything from top to bottom.
