First of all, there aren't many Commercial Property Inspectors and we were extremely pleased to get one in the few days we had for an inspection to eliminate our contingency for purchase. COSTEL MALUREANU was very pleasant from our first call, all the way thru finalizing the report. Very meticulous and detail oriented, he pointed out what should and should not be a concern. WE SAVED OVER $ 5,000 on our purchase because of his diligent work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND COSTEL! 5 STARS SERVICES!
