We used Chicagoland Home Inspections for an upcoming home purchase. Frank Deattalo was our inspector and he was exceptionally thorough, highly respectful of the current occupants possessions, and very knowledgeable. Their available inspection services beyond the standard home inspection are comprehensive as well. Some of which the operate/perform themselves, others they call in a professional to handle on their behalf but coordinate so it occurs all within the same inspection timeframe.
