Had a great experience this morning with CC. They were able to come the next day and offered us 2 options for a fix. They went out of their way to be helpful and did not try to upcharge or upsell us. I would 100% call them again or recommend to others.

During a heat wave, I believed my a/c had stopped working. It was an holiday, 4th of July, and I called around to see if anyone could come out. Chicago comfort HVAC said they could come the next day. After Jon came out, he discovered that the a/c I currently had was a size too small. He gave me a quote to replace the a/c and also serviced the two other a/cs and did not charge me for the emergency visit. I am very happy with how quick they came out, got me a follow up appointment and now have a properly sized and function a/c. Will be using them for all heat and a/c concerns!
