I am very thankful for Chicago Heating & Airs. My furnace stopped working overnight, and I woke up to a very cold house. Landon was kind and helpful on the phone, and Earl arrived early that afternoon to inspect the heating system and get it running again while we waited for the needed parts. He explained the repair steps clearly, kept me updated the whole time, and finished the furnace repair quickly and neatly once the parts came in. i called for heater repair when my furnace started acting up, and they had a technician out in about 4 hours. the fast response really impressed me. harrison was the technician, and he was efficient, experienced, and very thorough throughout the service visit. after i explained the furnace symptoms, he quickly recognized that a dirty flame sensor was likely causing the heating problem, and he confirmed it right away. he took care of the repair professionally and made sure the heater was running safely and properly before leaving. harrison also wore boot covers during the visit, which i really appreciated. that kind of respect for a customer’s home stands out. what...read full review
Chicago Heating & Air put in long hours to finish my HVAC install on time. They handled a big same-day job with a new furnace and AC system, and they got started right away when they arrived. Even though the equipment showed up later than expected, earl and john stayed extra hours to make sure the furnace, air conditioner, and duct connections were fully installed and working before they left. They kept the whole process moving, checked airflow and system operation, and made sure everything was running the right way.
