The gym has a good selection of machines, free weight benches, and equipment like a trap bar for deadlifts, assisted pull-up machines, and punching bags. The facility is kept quite clean and cool, creating a relaxed environment for workouts. However, it can get very busy during peak hours, which might affect the workout experience. The locker rooms are described as tight and open, with recent changes replacing paper towels and sanitizers with tiny 1-ply wipes, and air dryers replacing paper towels, which some find less convenient. Overall, LA Fitness provides most of the equipment needed for a solid workout, and many customers appreciate the friendly staff and clean facilities. The gym has a roomy and spacious layout, and even when it's busy, customers don't have to wait too long to use a machine. However, the WiFi connection is reported to be slow and unusable, which can be a problem for those who rely on it during their workouts. Additionally, some customers have noticed a lack of cleanliness and organization, with weights and cleaning wipes often scattered throughout the gym, indicating a need for better upkeep and respect for the shared space.
This gym is great! They have everything you would want, including awesome classes such as yoga and aqua fitness that you don't have to pay extra for. The staff are great and will help you with anything you need. Special shout out to my trainer Belkis, she gives me a lot of good motivation and knows all the right workouts for what I need :)
Rose is the absolute best! I came into the gym for the first time since college and started personal training with her in January. She knows exactly when to push you harder and when to adjust if you need help or further instructions. She cares about exercises being done correctly and my form is so important to
me, so that is an excellent match for
my goals! I always feel welcome at the gym by all of the trainers, but Rose is by far the best! I leave every workout feeling more energetic than before and am the perfect amount of sore the next day!
f you’re serious about your fitness journey, this is the place to be. My trainer, Belkis, has been incredible to work with. She customizes my workouts to fit my goals and even provides video-guided workouts for the days I train on my own, so there’s never any guesswork or wasted time.
In addition to training, she offers guidance on nutrition, meal planning, and supplements, creating a well-rounded approach to fitness. Her coaching style is both motivating and supportive, pushing me to do my best while making every session enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to working with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking to achieve real results!
