I have been a patient of Dr. Txia for years, and in general my experience with him has been positive. He has consistently been professional, attentive, and responsible in managing my treatment.
However, during my most recent appointment, I was seen by his assistant, Pretti, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the care I received. During the visit, I perceived a lack of professionalism and respect, as well as a clear disregard for the symptoms I have been experiencing, despite being on medications previously prescribed by the doctor.
