This used to be a good location but it changed so much, I have tried to make an appointment for my 3yr old who was seen there many times since he was born and now every time I call they keep on saying that he is a new patient and there is no registration of him!! Now today I just call to make an appointment for my other son who is a 12yr old who has been getting his check ups there since this location open and guess what?! Now they don't have any registration of him too!!!!!!! And couldn't even make an appointment as a new patient because they don't have any right now!!!!!! Im so mad!!!!

I have a great primary doctor her name is Dr. Laura Huddad and second Dr. William (North Shore) and Dr. Peter (artery specialist) and the result came in negative. Dr. Lee (therapist) he did good therapy and I want to continue with him. Due to coronovirus they don't have a schedule at this time and am hoping to get this. On a scale of 10 your back pinch is 60% improved by the therapist one by one at 4841 N Sheridan. But I've been with them for almost 4 weeks but they gave me graduated certificate but I need more improvement on that.

Waited over 40 minutes just to be called into the room once in the room I waited another 40 minutes for them before I finally decided to walk out. I can not believe I was there for 2 to not even get the service I went in for. Then they call me 15 after I left asking if I left.A joke. Truly the worst experience
