“I appreciate the transparent pricing! The initial in home estimate was quick with no BS which I appreciate. The only issue was followup. I used email but did not get a response. I decided to just walk into the store to get my questions answered. It was helpful to see the difference style windows. The people were very kind and patient with me. I purchased the windows right then and there. Installation day took about 8 hrs for 10 windows and some tare down/reconstruction needed. I was reimbursed for the trim because the one offered was too thin. I appreciate them looking out for me as well as offering suggestions on how they could use the trim but add some more to it. I decided to just get it reimbursement. Lastly, i had some weather stripping issues with a window and they came out the next day to fix it. Overall great experience. I appreciate a company that follows up.“

We were able to get an estimate scheduled for the next day. All 3 residents of complex were given seperate estimates based upon square footage covering their townhouse. Components of roof...decking (sheathing), underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, flashing, the main roofing material (like shingles), ridge cap (for the peak), and roof vents, fasteners (nails, screws) and schedule of installation was all discussed with all 3 potential customers. Price was varied as expected. Job was completed without difficulty. Jimmy was very conscientious about work procedure, our properties, and clean up during and at the finish of job.
