“My elderly father’s home was struck by an EF0 tornado. While there was very visible damage, I was concerned there might be unseen damage that could be overlooked and cause problems for my father down the road, so we wanted a professional inspection. We chose Four Seasons because they are a family-run business with a strong reputation; other people in the neighborhood who worked with them had positive experiences.
Four Seasons did a thorough job inspecting the home and provided detailed photos and documentation to the insurance company. In addition to the covered damage, there was some chimney damage that pre-existed the storm. Because my father was happy with the work Four Seasons was doing, he chose to pay out of pocket for those repairs. The end result looks amazing. Steve, CJ, and Colleen were professional, easy to reach, and a pleasure to work with.“

“Great experience from their service and professionalism to the quality of work. A couple of days of high winds resulted in flashing from an eve flying off my home. I called and Nick came out for a consultation the next afternoon. He told me I’d have a quote by COB. I received the quote and stated my concern about when they’d be able to get me on the schedule with more high winds in the forecast.
They were on it. The following day, they came by and took the flashing with them to fabricate in their shop. They came back a couple of hours later and applied the new flashing which was better fitting with fewer pieces, thus fewer points of failure. As I came out to inspect their work, Nick went to the roof and did a full inspection with pictures marking areas of concern.
I see no reason to believe I’d go with any other service when I have need of repairs or a new roof in the future.“

“I thought my old roof was past warrenty and told Larry the owner that when he came out to look at my roof. He told me I should file an insurance claim for hail damage anyway, and it saved me 75% of the cost of my new roof! He was there during the whole process from tear off to new gutters. He came by a few weeks after it was all finished with an envelope with all the paperwork completed on my behalf with the shingle manufacturers warrenty. Supreme has it down to a science, and is VERY easy to work with. Very happy with the roof and gutters.“

“I have had the pleasure of working with John Gallagher, owner, of Exterior Designers, Inc. (EDI) several time over the past twenty years. I first met John as a young new homeowner. We needed a roof and also were in the market to replace the outdated aluminum siding. I always begin a job with at least three estimates, and we were working within a budget. EDI was not the least expensive but was the only company whose owner (John) came out and explained what was needed and what was not. While the other estimates were eager to make the most of our service call, John suggested getting a layer placed over the original roof at a less expensive cost to us. He also advised it would probably last about seven to ten years. Additionally, while other contractors tried selling us high end siding (cedar), John explained that while cedar would look nice, it comes with a lot of maintenance and in reality, the neighborhood tended towards vinyl. Again, he could have talked us into a more expensive choice, especially since my taste and budget is not always in sync, however, he did not. He steered us towards the more economical choice. Our layover roof lasted 19 years without even one leak! That's great craftmanship. And my siding looks as new as it did when we first had it applied. This summer when I decided to replace the roof in its entirety, I called upon John to do the job. Again, he came out and explained all the options. He does not attempt to sell the best product as many contractors do. Rather, he listened to what I wanted and steered me towards a mid-range quality roof with the architectural shingles I desired, while working within my budget. I highly recommend EDI as they are an honest, trustworthy business who provides quality work. I give them an A+. Thanks, John Gallagher, for another wonderful home improvement experience!!!“
