I’ve worked with Anita twice now and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She makes me feel heard with the issues I’ve been having with my glasses and explains everything incredibly well. I would recommend Anita to anyone who’s going to target optical in Champaign.
Sandy helped me out with a screw replacement for my glasses as well as tightening up the screws on my glasses and cleaning the lenses. Very efficient and welcoming place. She also has great advice on what type of glasses fit your face well.

The other person working, whose name I won’t disclose publicly, was a bit rude. She took a bit of an attitude with me, and seemed very annoyed when I asked clarifying questions during my exam. She was a bit gruff when adjusting the equipment, didn’t provide warnings of when things were moving and I needed to sit back. I felt rather unwelcome if I’m honest.
