Dr Kessler is hands down the best and most thorough eye doctor in town. His staff is always kind and knowledgeable.
However, the general experience is very uncomfortable.
I believe it is their prerogative to maintain their Covid reaction standards. The issue is with their idea of the “Fit Experience”. I feel like I have to come to my appointment with an excuse to leave or feel pushed into an obligation to purchase expensive frames.
My entire family (me, ex husband, 3 kids) have seen Dr Kessler for over 17 years and in that time we have paid repeatedly over $500 for frames for a single person that were “the most affordable option with our insurance”.

Excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. Everyone was extremely pleasant and the facility was lovely! He was able to significantly improve my vision as well. I highly recommend their services.
